relaxing sauna convenient location comfortable room
the hotel provided a relaxing spa experience with a sauna and steam room available i found a convenient central location near restaurants and museums. the upgrade on arrival added value. i found my room to be very comfortable.

the restaurant offers a diverse buffet with cooked-to-order eggs. fresh fruit is available including whole apples. i noticed that cereal bowls were sometimes missing and guests had to request them.

The hotel location provided simple access to many sites. My room contained a super comfortable large bed. The bathroom includes large windows and opened easily. The spa was magnificent and I highly recommend it.

The location was indeed perfect. The staff was really nice. I found them helpful and polite. It was a good hotel to be with my dog.
The room was 22 degrees. It felt too warm for me to sleep in. The air con thermostat allowed to drop to 18 degrees SO i set the temp to 19. The room failed to cool.

prompt check-in spacious suite antique telephone prime location
The front desk provided a prompt check-in, appreciated after a long journey. I received an upgrade to an Executive Junior Suite, thanks to Marriott Bonvoy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I found the antique telephone particularly functional. The breakfast offered sufficient choices, and I found the bar's truffle fries good. The location is near the main town square and various dining options.
I found only stairs, with no lift option, at the hotel entrance.

The staff gave recommendations for nearby restaurants and were nice and helpful. The staff provided prompt service, also assisting with luggage upon check-in. All requests were handled politely.

dirty room rusted mirror
The room was really outdated and not clean. a coffee machine was absent, only some coffee powder bags were available. the bathroom had mold. also the furniture was quite old. A mirror was almost rusted... the breakfast was below average. the four waitresses seemed overwhelmed even with just three guests!

no bag assistance reception issues
I liked that my room was the Executive Twin Room. I was bumped up and it felt nice.
I hate that nobody assisted with my bags upon arrival. There are steps up to reception. A lot of guests also complained about nobody offering help. I think the hotel needs to improves this.
